When I started this project with Lighthouse Group, our goal was to identify a key desire from the audience and centre our marketing strategy around it. Kiwis love nature, and the idea of having a slice of it in their own backyard is a dream for many. This insight led to the positioning line, “surround yourself in nature.” Greenfields is located near nature walks and features native planting throughout. The illustrative style gave the campaign a welcoming, family-friendly feel, balancing modern design with New Zealand’s natural beauty.
