I worked with Lighthouse Group to create the brand and marketing direction for a development in Tauranga. The architecture of the development focused on a light filled residence with a focus on high end finishes and smart living spaces. To position the development away from similar developments in the area we focused on what life would be like living at Lumina. Our target audience were young professionals working in Taraunga, we focussed on what it's like coming home to a place to unwind and relax with style. Lumina sold out from the plans and Lighthouse Group ended up building a Lumina stage two using all the effective branding and marketing material.
